THIS WEEKEND! April 24-25: Unique LA Spring Show
Um, can you say, "worth it"? Unique LA's Spring 2010 Show gives you the opportunity to shop from over 300 independent and local designers & artists while bopping to great music, all surrounded by a panoramic view in the top floor penthouse of downtown LA's California Market Center. What else? Oh, a limited-edition/collectible/artist-designed tote bag, free drinks, an Amoeba Records pop-up store, food trucks, activities & workshops galore, a photo booth, mini spa, and prize giveaways. It's not your mother's craft fair but it's a great place to pick her up a nice gift for Mother's Day May 9th (hint, hint!) - and you know how Mom drools over those handmade items. All in all, consider it an amusement park for the retail-inclined!

July 24-25: Renegade Craft Fair
The inspiration for the Renegade Craft Fair came when two friends wanted to take their hobbies to the next level, and start participating in arts + crafts shows. After looking into some local events, it quickly became apparent that there were no shows representing the DIY community, which already had a huge presence online. Everything was either geared towards fine arts + crafts – or country crafts. So, the idea to host an indie craft fair was sparked – and the rest is history! (Source: RCF's website)

Website Redesign Launch
Phase I of the mighty website overhaul is complete. I'll continue to make additions & impovements over the next couple of months, but for now it's ready for your enjoyment. I'm very pleased with how it's coming along. Check it out!
